The CG Student Awards is a creative community for young digital artists studying Visual Effects, Animation, and Next-Gen Gaming. The backbone of the website includes a portfolio system for students, and a review system for the judging panel.
The client required a complete redesign of their existing site, brand identity, and an overhaul of the backend systems in place to deal with 500,000 monthly visitors and over 1,000 student entries submitted over a 3 month peak period.
